An integrated martial arts, sports and lion dance workshop
Unleash your creativity and potential at this workshop, which merges martial arts and sports with performing arts.
Run by TS Crew, the TS Ninja workshop adopts a format inspired by the popular ninja challenge, which includes tasks such as jumping, running, tumbling, parkour, and martial arts. The workshop also blends in elements of lion dance and movement. Through the event, participants can test and better understand their body’s physical ability and potential creativity.

TS Crew (TS), a professional performing arts group with members from different backgrounds, including film, drama, xiqu, dance, martial arts and stunting, and motivator of Hong Kong-international dance platform “Hong Kong Soul”, is a three-year grantee of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. TS Crew is active in the international art scene and various platforms, such as New Year’s Eve Countdown 2023 at Times Square in New York, Busan International Dance Festival, Sziget Festival in Budapest and Edinburgh Festival Fringe. No Dragon No Lion received the Asian Arts Award for Best Show from Asian Art Fund Scotland at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2022.
