Sea Stroll - Cultural Tour

Organised by Hong Kong Fishing Culture Association Limited, Bottoms Up Communication Limited

The public can embark on a cultural tour aboard traditional sampans within the sheltered waters of Aberdeen exploring the unique features of the Aberdeen community. This includes insights into the daily lives of boat dwellers observing the current appearance of the Tai Pak Floating Restaurant and reminiscing about the glorious past of the Jumbo Floating Restaurant. During the tour fishermen will engage in casual conversations apart from the audio guidance sharing snippets of their lives and allowing participants to empathize with the past and present of Aberdeen.
